hOW THE POC WORKS

  • Your REIT’s shares or units will be tokenized, representing fractional ownership of the underlying real estate assets.

  • Spain: SOCIMI (Sociedades Anónimas Cotizadas de Inversión en el Mercado Inmobiliario)

  • Luxembourg: SICAR/SIF (Société d’Investissement en Capital Risque/Specialized Investment Fund)
